Green tea was originally discovered in China thousands of years ago as a medicinal remedy only, for healing wounds, regulating body irregularities and treatment for diseases and illnesses.  Eventually, it became apparent that green tea was pleasant to the palate as well.  Green tea is now known as one of the most popular and largely produced beverage in the world.

Green tea is full of antioxidants.  It has ten times the amount of antioxidants than fruits and vegetables.  Its most powerful type of antioxidant is catechins. (also found in dark chocolate and red wine)  There are four polyphenol catechins in green tea; epicatechin (EC), epigallocatechin (EGC), gallocatechin (GC) and epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG).   Research has proved that EGCG is 25 times more potent than vitamin E and 100 times more potent than vitamin C in antioxidant power.

Motivation Comes From Within

For some people motivation comes naturally, but with most people motivation is a very sought after gift.  Motivation comes in many forms, most of which work for some, but not for others.  Getting and keeping motivation is the key.

Success depends on motivation!  You will not be able to obtain success without shear motivation and determination.  Motivation is what will get you out of that slump or “negative thinking” attitude.  Concentrating and thinking about your goal is your best motivator.  There will always be de-motivations   and distractions from obtaining a goal throughout life, but when these negatives are nipped in the bud, it makes reverting your thinking back to positive easier each time.

Remember, the definition of motivation is the driving force by which humans achieve their goals.  Do not focus on your past mistakes, learn from them and apply your new – found knowledge to go that extra mile and embrace your goal with two hands.  You can do it!  Believe in yourself especially when other do not.

Life is about happiness and enjoying every moment to the fullest.  With that being said, in the end, you are the only one who can make that change and motivate yourself.  Do not count on others to motivate you, be a leader, think positive and see how easy your motivation comes from within!   Sooner or later, people will start coming and looking to you as their motivation since you have consciously made yourself the all-time coveted leader and the old follower self is left behind.

Do not let others determine your success, dig within for that motivation, determination, dedication, drive and will that will ultimately lead to your success, YOUR GOAL!    Once you determine to change your mind to positive thinking for good, there’s no turning back and I promise, this is one thing that you will NEVER regret!
